Unless explicitly permitted in writing, photographs, artwork, branding, videos, graphics, audio, voice, likeness, and written content published on Hey Uncle Tuck may not be used to train AI models, create derivative AI works, or be redistributed using generative AI technologies.

No Scraping or Repurposing

Automated scraping, dataset building, bulk downloading, impersonation, cloning, or commercial republishing of Hey Uncle Tuck content is not allowed without written permission.

Permitted Sharing

You may share public links, quote short excerpts with credit, and use platform sharing tools in a normal, respectful way.

Creator Rights

This policy protects original creative work, including photography and media production, while still allowing ordinary human sharing and conversation.
